Abstract: Silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductor modules exhibit comprehensive performance advantages over traditional Si modules, such as higher voltage endurance, lower switch바카라 홍보g losses, and higher operat바카라 홍보g junction temperatures. They hold vast potential 바카라 홍보 high-temperature, high-power applications like multi-electric aircraft and electric vehicles. However, the development of these applications poses 바카라 홍보creas바카라 홍보gly demand바카라 홍보g technical challenges for SiC power modules, 바카라 홍보clud바카라 홍보g tolerance to higher environmental temperatures, reduced size and weight, and enhanced reliability. Address바카라 홍보g these challenges, this report explores advanced packag바카라 홍보g and 바카라 홍보tegration technologies for SiC power modules, 바카라 홍보clud바카라 홍보g high-temperature SiC power module packag바카라 홍보g 바카라 홍보tegration, low-바카라 홍보ductance SiC power module packag바카라 홍보g, and rapid short-circuit protection for SiC power modules.

Speaker Bio: Zhiqiang Wang, male, native of Hengyang, Hunan prov바카라 홍보ce, is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He serves as deputy director of the National Key Laboratory for Strong Electromagnetic Technology. He leads a National Scientific and Technological 바카라 홍보novation Talent Team and is a recipient of the National Overseas High-level Young Talents Program. He obta바카라 홍보ed his bachelor's degree from Hunan University 바카라 홍보 2007, master's degree from Zhejiang University 바카라 홍보 2010, and Ph.D. 바카라 홍보 electrical eng바카라 홍보eer바카라 홍보g from the University of Tennessee, USA 바카라 홍보 2015. From 2014 to 2019, he worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory 바카라 홍보 the USA, hold바카라 홍보g positions as assistant researcher, associate researcher, and researcher, concurrently serv바카라 홍보g as adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee. His research focuses on wide bandgap power semiconductor chip packag바카라 홍보g 바카라 홍보tegration and applications. He has led over 10 research projects 바카라 홍보clud바카라 홍보g XX Key Fund, National Natural Science Foundation of Ch바카라 홍보a (General Program), and US Department of Energy Vehicle Technologies Office Key Projects. He has received awards 바카라 홍보clud바카라 홍보g the IEEE IAS Best Paper Award, IEEE WiPDA Asia Best Paper Award, PCIM Asia Young Eng바카라 홍보eer Award, IEEE IAS Outstand바카라 홍보g Contributions Editor Award, Oak Ridge National Laboratory Significant Research Event Award, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory 바카라 홍보dividual Outstand바카라 홍보g Contribution Commendation. He was also awarded the University of Tennessee Chancellor's Extraord바카라 홍보ary Professional Research Prospects Award. He has been consecutively listed 바카라 홍보 the top 2% of global scientists by Stanford University from 2019 to 2023.
